02What we collect
What you give us. Your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the project details you choose to share when you message us by WhatsApp, email or the contact form, or connect with us on LinkedIn.
What we collect automatically. Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page and approximate location derived from your IP address. This is recorded in standard server logs.
Stored in your browser. Your colour theme choice (light, dark or automatic). See our Cookie Policy.
Please do not send sensitive personal data (such as health, financial account or government ID details) through the site or in a first message.

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a call, proposal or estimate.
To run, secure and improve the website and its content.
To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
04Contact form, WhatsApp and email
When you press "Send message" on the contact form, your name, email address, company (if given), the services you select and your message are sent to our inbox at info@xosoft.com.pk through an email delivery provider (Resend). We do not keep your message in a database on this website; it is held in our email mailbox and in the provider's delivery logs for a limited time.
The "Send on WhatsApp" button prepares a message for you and opens WhatsApp so you can review and send it yourself. Once you send it, WhatsApp handles it under its own terms and we receive it as an ordinary WhatsApp message.
05Legal bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on: your consent (for example when you send us an enquiry), our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, steps needed before entering into a contract with you, and compliance with legal obligations.
06Sharing your data
We share personal data only where needed: with service providers that help us run the site and communicate (for example hosting, email and messaging tools), with professional advisers, and where the law requires it. Providers act under confidentiality and data-protection commitments.
We are based in Pakistan. Our providers may process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data internationally we take reasonable steps to protect it.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting relationship, and for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, unless we are required to keep it.
